Based in the North West of England, Lancashire was a leader in the Industrial Revolution as a major commercial and industrial region. In the 1830’s, the county was made up of hundreds of mill towns and it is believed that upto 85% of all cotton manufactured worldwide was processed in Lancashire.

Black Pudding, Butter Pie, Chorley Cakes, Fish and Chips, Rag Pudding and Lancashire Cheese.
